JointWorks Rehab™ welcomes referrals from physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals. We provide skilled, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in the patient’s home throughout Sarasota and surrounding communities.

Our services include orthopedic rehabilitation, joint replacement recovery, neurological rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, strength and mobility training, and treatment for pain and movement dysfunction.
